  • Whether you are hosting an intimate executive retreat or an all-hands department activation, we scale seamlessly to fit your needs. Choose between hosting the session directly at your corporate office or utilizing, or bringing us to an off-site venue of your choice. Simply determine your estimated headcount, and we will handle the rest—tailoring the layout and material logistics to match your space perfectly.

  • Let’s bring your team's creative escape to life. Schedule a brief consultation with our event production team through our General Bookings page or email events@painterly.co to finalize your date, discuss custom themes, and iron out the logistics. We will handle all the heavy lifting—from instructor scheduling to material procurement—so you can focus entirely on showing up and reconnecting with your team.

  • Lock in your spot on our calendar. Once we align on your venue, class size, and event details, we will send over a custom contract and link to process your initial 50% deposit. Because our experiences require dedicated instructor scheduling and materials procurement, securing your date early ensures everything is perfectly tailored and ready for your team's arrival.

  • As your event approaches, we will send over a reminder for the final balance, which is due 14 days prior to your scheduled event date. At that time, our logistics team will also reach out to iron out all the fine venue details—including unloading access, parking instructions, and arrival timelines—ensuring everything runs smoothly and seamlessly on the day of your event.

  • The groundwork is done, and it’s time to unplug. Our expert artist-instructors will arrive on-site fully prepared, handling the complete setup of our premium, studio-grade materials. Your team just needs to show up, step to the easel, and enjoy a deeply restorative, screen-free creative experience that breathes fresh inspiration into your company culture.
