How It Works

  • Every guest and group is unique. Browse our classes to find a class that connects with your brand’s culture or guests needs.

    We also specialize in designing fully custom events tailored to you or your guests's specific goals, group size, and location—bringing a premium, screen-free wellness escape directly to your location. Additional fees may apply for custom-developed classes.

  • Simply determine your estimated headcount, and we will handle the rest—tailoring the layout and material logistics to match your space perfectly.

  • Schedule a brief consultation with our event production team through our General Bookings page or email events@painterly.co to finalize your date, discuss custom themes, and iron out the logistics. We will handle all the heavy lifting—from instructor scheduling to material procurement—so you can focus all the other details for you gathering.

  • Lock in your spot on our calendar. Once we align on your venue, class size, and event details, we will send over a custom contract and link to process your initial 50% deposit. Because our experiences require dedicated instructor scheduling and materials procurement, securing your date early ensures everything is perfectly tailored and ready for your guests arrival.

  • As your event approaches, we will send over a reminder for the final balance, which is due 14 days prior to your scheduled event date. At that time, our logistics team will also reach out to iron out all the fine logistics details—including unloading access, parking instructions, and arrival timelines—ensuring everything runs smoothly and seamlessly on the day of your event.

  • The groundwork is done, and it’s time to unplug. Our expert team will arrive on-site fully prepared, handling the complete setup. Your guests just needs to show up, step to the easel, and enjoy a deeply restorative, creative experience.
