Our curated curriculum offers a sophisticated masterclass for every canvas. Choose from a diverse range of class types tailored to your group, including Art Foundations (Color Theory, Perspective), Art Styles + Techniques (Pointillism, Collage, Hatching), and historical Art Movements (Impressionism, Cubism, Dada). Explore specific Art Subjects + Mediums (Watercolor, Gouache, Flowers, Horses), draw inspiration from the GOATs (Picasso, Matisse), or choose from our engaging Kid-Friendly tracks.

How to Reserve Your Canvas | Please select your preferred region, date, time, and class curriculum. After choosing your slot, you will fill out our brief event intake form to submit your request. Once a member of our team reviews the logistics with you and booking agreement is confirmed, a 50% non-refundable deposit invoice will be sent to secure your date. Our team will handle the rest, checking back in closer to the event to iron out any final, custom details.

All ages welcome but 13+ is recommended to benefit the most from instruction. Kid-friendly classes are also available for all ages.

Like all of our experiences, there are no prerequisites or prior artistic skills needed to join us at the canvas. We strip away the intimidating rules of traditional art school because we believe that absolute creative freedom rules above all else. To ensure a relaxed and seamless transition to the canvas, please plan to arrive 15 to 30 minutes prior to the scheduled class start time. This window gives your group plenty of time to check in, mingle, and get comfortably settled at their easels before structured instruction begins

While we provide heavy-duty canvas artist aprons to protect students’ clothing during the class, creative accidents can occasionally happen. Because we work with high-quality, permanent pigments, we recommend dressing comfortably and opting for attire you wouldn't mind catching a rogue stray splash of paint

Following a consultation with a member of our team, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to officially secure your requested event date on our calendar.

• Final Balance | The remaining 50% balance must be remitted in full no later than two weeks (14 days) prior to your event date

• Final Headcount | Your final invoice balance is calculated based on your confirmed guest count. Headcount increases can be accommodated up to seven (7) days before the event (subject to supply availability), but balances cannot be reduced below your original signed contract minimum

• Late Booking | For events booked within 14 days of the execution date, 100% of the event fee is due immediately upon booking approval

• Late Payments | To ensure proper logistics, staffing, and material preparation, failure to complete payments within the designated timeframes may result in the forfeiture of your date and the cancellation of your event

• Payment Methods | All billing is handled seamlessly via secure online digital invoices. For our enterprise partners, corporate billing accounts and traditional vendor processing are available upon request.

Because our experiences require dedicated staff booking, custom material preparation, and regional travel logistics, we adhere to a strict scheduling policy to protect our artist instructors and operational partners.

• Cancellations | As noted in our payment terms, the initial 50% event deposit is strictly non-refundable. If you cancel your event after the final balance has been paid (within 14 days of the event), no refunds will be issued.

• Rescheduling (More Than 7 Days' Notice) | If you need to postpone your event, you may transfer your booking to a future date a single time by contacting events@painterly.co at least seven (7) days prior to your event. A $150 rescheduling fee will apply, and the new date is subject to calendar and regional availability.

• Last-Minute Requests (Within 72 Hours) | Any request to cancel, reschedule, or alter the event date within 72 hours of the scheduled start time will result in the immediate forfeiture of all fees paid. No credits, transfers, or refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
